Tire Technician

Salary Range

$19-$24

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician you will maintain and repair all equipment and tires on company vehicles as directed by your supervisor. You will also perform routine fleet checks and communicate any findings addition you will also be responsible for washing the trucks and trailers.

Job Description

Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 7am-3 : 30pm (subject to change based on business needs)

Compensation starting at $19.43-$22.64 / hour

You will contribute by :

• Rotate tires to different positions of various automobiles trucks and equipment.
• Repair and replace tires tubes rims wheels and other tire-related components of the vehicles; Includes mounting and dismounting using hand tools or machines as needed.
• Inspect rims hubs studs and lug nuts for excessive wear cracks bead damage tread condition and other indications of improper wheel alignment or impending tire wheel and axle related failures.
• Drive service trucks in order to perform road calls.
• Clean trailer exterior and interior when necessary for repair work.
• Other job duties include performing tire rotations balancing and other maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols at all times when working in the shop.
