Job Title : Kitchen Leader

Reports To : General Manager / Assistant Manager

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (including t ips)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen. Resumés are HIGHLY recommended!

Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Summary : Responsible for ensuring superior quality of food and service to the guests. Ensures food is properly prepared following recipes and standards of Lolita's.
