Compensation : $100,000 – $145,000 annually, plus annual discretionary bonus
A leading national real estate firm is seeking a seasoned Property Manager with deep expertise in commercial real estate , specifically within the life science, biotech, or lab space . This role requires a strategic thinker and proactive operator with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Role Summary :
As an integral member of the Asset Services team, you will ensure high-quality, white-glove service for tenants while supporting building operations and enhancing the property's value and functionality. This role directly impacts the success of tenant operations and their critical scientific work.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead day-to-day property management operations, including inspections, tenant relations, and administration.Manage facility maintenance, tenant improvement projects, and capital projects—ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.Oversee third-party vendors, including engineers and on-site contractors.Handle financial operations : budgeting, rent collection, reconciliations, and reporting.Assist with operational setup of properties, including major equipment commissioning and engineering oversight.Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing requests and building strong relationships.Represent the property at tenant engagement events and relevant industry functions.Mentor and support junior property management staff.Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of property management experience in a commercial or life science setting.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate software and building system applications preferred.Demonstrated expertise in building operations and life cycle management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects.Benefits Overview :
