Job Description :
We are currently seeking a motivated Licensed Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in land development projects . This role involves the design and permitting of various construction plans, including site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater management, water and sewer systems, and roadway design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and prepare construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer systems, and roadway infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide technical and design services in support of civil engineering projects.
- Communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Produce detailed reports in a clear technical writing format.
- Coordinate project submittals and facilitate regulatory agency approvals to obtain construction permits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.Professional Engineering License is required.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCAD is preferred.Strong communication and technical writing skills.Previous experience with land development projects is preferred.Compensation and Benefits :
