Registered Nurse - High-Risk Pregnancy - Travel Position

Location Morristown, NJ

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule PM Shift : 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our travel team, specializing in high-risk pregnancy care. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of travel experience in large hospital settings with a focus on maternal health.

Responsibilities Perform thorough and systematic patient assessments across all age groups.

Demonstrate competent clinical skills in direct patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with documentation guidelines.

Exhibit professionalism by adhering to policies and identifying areas for growth.

Foster a patient-centered environment through courteous interactions.

Follow National Patient Safety Goals and ensure patients are identified properly.

Customize care based on surgical procedures and patient needs.

Educate patients and families about surgical instructions and procedures.

Support pre-admission testing and evaluate orders for appropriateness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of travel experience in large hospital settings.

ACLS Certification - Required

BLS Certification - Required

Current RN License - Required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
