Job description

Business Analyst System Migration (Webex Zoom)

Were looking for a Business Analyst to lead the migration of our enterprise communication platform from Cisco Webex to Zoom . This is a high-impact role where youll partner with IT, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a seamless transition.

What Youll Do

Gather requirements and document workflows for Zoom adoption
Support migration planning, testing, and rollout phases
Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units
Drive change management and user training for smooth adoption

What Were Looking For

3+ years of Business Analyst experience (system migrations preferred)

Familiarity with Webex and Zoom platforms

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, calendars, collaboration tools)
