Social Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Social Services Specialist to support members in accessing necessary care and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Triaging incoming referrals and providing operational support across the team

Collaborating with other teams to address member needs and connecting them to community services

Completing necessary paperwork for public and community programs and providing inbound call support for members

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a customer / patient-serving role

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Previous experience in social services preferred

Proficient in technology and able to adapt to new tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
