Job description
A company is looking for an Outpatient Coding Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Coding Operations Manager with operational oversight of the coding team
Monitor quality and productivity performance while ensuring adherence to coding standards
Participate in training and education for coding staff and collaborate on compliance reviews
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
Infection Control Certification (CIC)
Minimum of 2 years of coding supervisory experience
