CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
2. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
3. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
5. Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
6. Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
7. Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alabama.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
