Roles & Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Architecture & Design : Define and review system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Code Quality : Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Problem Solving : Provide solutions for complex technical issues and guide the team in debugging and optimization. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
• Mentoring Developers : Support junior developers through guidance, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and other stakeholders to align on goals and timelines.
• Ownership & Accountability : Drive a culture of responsibility and ensure timely delivery of backend components. Project Management
• Sprint Planning & Estimation : Participate in planning meetings, estimate tasks, and manage technical deliverables.
• Risk Management : Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Status Reporting : Communicate progress, blockers, and dependencies to project managers and leadership. Deployment & Post-Deployment Support
• Release Readiness : Ensure backend systems are production-ready, tested, and documented. Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Salary Range : $120,000 - $140,000 a Year
