Key Responsibilities

Establish best practices and monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and business analysts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

8-10 years of progressive project management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives

Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
