Our client, a leading manufacturer supporting the tradeshow and display industries, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Metal Shop supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Manufacturing Associate

Location : Woodridge, IL

Pay Rate : $17

Shift : Monday through Friday 12PM-8 : 30PM with OT and occasional Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

  • Assist in metal fabrication and assembly processes in the metal shop
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery to support production goals
  • Follow detailed production schedules and ensure quality standards are met
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds repeatedly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet short lead times and adapt to changing priorities

What's Needed?

  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in metal shop or production environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools and measurement skills, including fractions
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice and maintain a positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
