Neurosurgery Opportunity with Collaborative Team in Beautiful Rocky Mountains

Overview

A medical center in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains is excited to add a neurosurgeon to join their collaborative team! Interests in spine and / or functional work will be well supported in the context of a general neurosurgery position. New grads and those with experience are welcome. Mentorship is readily available!

This is a Level I Trauma Center with nearly 250 beds. Having received the Healthgrades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence, the neurosurgery team enjoy a supportive and collaborative relationship with the administrative team. The hospital has 12 surgical suites, a 10-bed neuro-ICU, and up-to-date technology and equipment.

Position Highlights

• 1 : 4 trauma call, APPs take floor and inpatient call
• Fantastic team of 12 APPs
• A movement disorders neurologist and an epileptologist are on staff
• 150 cases anticipated in year one with more than 250 once established
• Brain Lab along with two Kinevo microscopes on site in addition to two Stealth stations, an O-Arm and 7D navigation
• Tort reform state!
