We are seeking a full-time Drain Service Technician to respond to work orders at a multi-site environment in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and surrounding areas. Gas / mileage provided.

What would my responsibilities include?

• Work at multiple properties in the Minneapolis / St. Paul suburban areas.
• Responsible for the inspection, clearing and cleaning of plumbing systems.
• Perform minor to non-complex service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.
• Communicate with residents regarding repairs in a caring, compassionate manner that upholds Hornig Companies’ customer service reputation as well as Fair Housing guidelines.
• Promote safety and be efficient in work practices.
