Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team focused on client retention and revenue growth
Develop and implement client management strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies
Drive new customer acquisition and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree required; Master\'s or J.D. preferred
Proven experience in sales or account management within the Government sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels
Track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies in sales environments
People management or relevant leadership experience
Deep industry knowledge in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Self-motivated with a passion for driving business outcomes
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
