A company is looking for a Director of Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the Customer Operations strategy, operating model, and governance framework

Deliver scalable, high-quality, omni-channel service experiences for members and pharmacies

Build and lead a high-performing team across internal and external operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare / PBM customer service

Demonstrated ability to lead operational execution and transformation

Deep understanding of contact-center platforms and performance metrics

Proven people leadership experience, including managing a remote workforce
