Administrative Assistant, Office Of The Dean, School Of Nursing
The Office Of The Dean is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the executive office, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities, executive engagements, and daily operations. Reporting to the Chief Of Staff, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-profile events, and serve as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support special projects, research, and initiatives requiring independent judgment and confidentiality. This position is fully onsite and may require early mornings or evenings to support executive functions.

Anticipated Pay Range : Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $44,766.00 to USD $71,706.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
