Physician / Hospitalist / Connecticut / Permanent / Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician - 20 Minutes fr

Hospital Medicine is seeking a full-time nocturnist physician to join our dynamic and experienced team.

Position Details

• This position offers 12 shifts per month, 36 hours per week.

Shift times are 4pm-4am and 7pm-7am.

Admit in collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers, consult with specialists, respond to RRTs and codes, and cross-cover patients on some nights.

Perform pre-operative assessments and co-manage surgical patients.

Practice efficiently and effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Flexible and responsive to patient needs and unexpected staffing changes.

Closed ICU.

No procedures required.

EMR system is Epic.

Qualifications

DEA and CDS licenses.

Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 5 years).
