Job Description : Guest Services Representative

Join the HeadPinz Naples team as a Guest Services Representative and help us deliver the ultimate WOW experience to every guest who visits our center! You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, informed, and ready to enjoy their time with us.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the bowling center and assist them with lane assignments.
• Maintain clean and organized bowler areas, lane approaches, and ball returns before seating new guests.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and public address (P.A.) system.
• Process payments accurately, including handling cash, making correct change, and using credit card machines.
• Respond to customer telephone inquiries, take messages, and page guests as needed.
• Promote our offerings, such as bowling specials, food, beverages, leagues, and upcoming events, through lane-to-lane interaction and sharing promotional materials.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support center operations.
