Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Overview

Latitude is seeking skilled litigation attorneys with insurance defense and related litigation experience to join the in-house trial team of a national insurance company in Utah. In this remote role, attorneys will handle a variety of matters, including bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, among other insurance-related litigation. This is a remote position open to candidates who are both licensed and residing in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• First or second chair jury trial experience is preferred

Compensation

Base pay range : $110,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr. The annualized pay for this position ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market demand, and candidate preference.
