Overview :
Under general direction, leads and manages warranty recovery operations to maximize cost recovery and ensure compliance with OCTA Warranty department goals. Directly supervises, evaluates and supports the daily activities of section staff to ensure full compliance with OCTA and department goals, and to report on and improve warranty key performance indicators. Identifies and establishes short and long term goals for the warranty office. Develops and implements quality control processes and works with suppliers. Collaborates with various departments and suppliers such as bus maintenance, technical services, purchasing, bus manufacturers and outside service and repair centers.
This is an exempt position in Salary Grade 205 : Min $97,864.00 - Mid $116,896.00 - Max $135,928.00 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma with a minimum of eight years materials management and warranty related experience or a bachelor's degree in business or public administration or similar field with a minimum of four years related experience. Two years of previous lead experience is preferred.
