Job descriptionPlan and lead recreational activities for residents Promote socialization, engagement, and relaxation through daily programs Ensure activities meet the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents Assist residents in participating in activities and adapting as necessary Work with other team members to create a welcoming, supportive environment for residents and families High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in nursing home activities / recreation preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage tactfully with residents, families, and staff
Job Title : Activities Assistant
Location : Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Job Type : Per-Diem
Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM, or 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
