Based in Doral, FL, our client is a respected South Florida General Contractor specializing in complex commercial and multi-family residential projects. They have projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, and are seeking a Construction Superintendent with multi-family and tilt-wall construction experience to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for multi-family and tilt-wall projects, including a 48-unit condo development in Hollywood, FL.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site crews, material deliveries, and inspections.
• Enforce quality control, schedule adherence, and job site safety standards.
• Maintain detailed project logs, daily reports, and communication with the project management team.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Serve as the primary field point-of-contact for clients, consultants, and local inspectors.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and coordination across all trades.
