Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service over the phone and in person to ensure patients receive their recurring medical supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
• Greet patients in a prompt, professional and courteous manner over the phone and in person.
• Call, email and text patients and customers. Answer calls, emails and texts to determine medical supply reorder needs and answer questions.
• Assist patients with product selection based on need, insurance coverage and medical documentation.
• Assist customers to create and submit recurring supply orders for approvals.
• Enter patient information into the company\'s operating system; obtain and verify appropriate insurance information.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of medical supply and equipment coverage guidelines for all qualifying insurances and apply accordingly when processing customer orders.
• Work with patients and third-party vendors to collect payments.
• Maintain the ProActive Living resupply list accurately and timely.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
