The pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use across acute care settings. Duties & Responsibilities Review and verify physician orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions. Prepare, compound, and dispense medications according to established policies and regulations. Provide drug information and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning. Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions. Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal guidelines. Requirements Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience required. Active Minnesota Pharmacist License . Experience with EpicCare Inpatient EMR (Epic Systems) preferred. Availability for day shifts , 40 hours per week. Certifications Active Minnesota Pharmacist License Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
