This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact sustainability and carbon management projects across multiple industries, including real estate, corporate operations, and financial institutions. You will manage complex engagements focused on greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, decarbonization planning, and climate strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, guide clients through emissions reduction and reporting processes, and mentor junior staff. This position is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about sustainability, with the ability to translate technical data into strategic business decisions that drive measurable environmental impact. You will have the flexibility to work remotely or in-office across North America while engaging directly with senior-level stakeholders.

Accountabilities :

• Lead multiple client engagements, including climate program creation, GHG inventory development, decarbonization planning, and carbon compensation strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate climate strategy and real estate decarbonization.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and analysts in performing detailed analyses and preparing technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with ESG, sustainability, and engineering teams to provide integrated, data-driven solutions to clients.
• Support client reporting to voluntary and regulatory frameworks, including GRESB, CDP, and local regulations.
• Contribute to the growth of carbon services offerings and thought leadership content.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, carbon accounting standards, and emerging climate risk strategies.
