Motorcycle Sales Associate - Entry Level And Experienced

Responsibilities Include :

• Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media.
• Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
• Schedule guest's showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival.
• Continue guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
• Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal "book" of repeat business.
• Update and manage guest profiles in dealership database.
