Licensed Substation Director

A company is looking for a Director, Substation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee technical direction and mentorship of engineering teams on multiple projects

Collaborate with departments to execute engineering and design components effectively

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and ensure quality and technical accuracy of designs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution

8-10 years of experience in substation facilities

Experience with substation automation, protective relaying, and related equipment

Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Director level role

Professional Engineer licensure or preparation to take the PE exam
