Senior UI Engineer

This position is located in our Austin, Texas Office. At SailPoint, we're building the future of Identity Security. Our new Identity Graph product helps enterprises visualize the complex relationships between users, roles, and access in a modern IAM system. We're looking for a Senior UI Engineer to bring this vision to life with clean, scalable, and intuitive web experiences.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with UX, backend, and product teams to design and deliver a world-class graph visualization platform. If you're passionate about React, TypeScript, and turning complex data into elegant interfaces, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Build intuitive and scalable UIs with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Canvas
• Lead UI architecture, component design, and coding standards
• Collaborate with UX to create smooth, consistent workflows for graph visualization
• Integrate with GraphQL APIs and partner with backend teams on API design
• Mentor engineers, share best practices, and champion modern UI patterns
• Contribute to testing, monitoring, and incident response to ensure product quality

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD) : $103,600 - $148,000 - $192,400.

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
