Director of Crisis Management

A company is looking for a Director, Functional Resilience and Crisis Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the enterprise resilience program, collaborating with stakeholders on resilience and recovery operations

Guide teams through crisis and incident management processes, ensuring continuous improvement of incident management procedures

Coordinate the enterprise response to crisis events and manage cross-functional teams in remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in relevant fields, or High School Diploma / GED with 12 years of experience

Proven track record of building risk-based operational resilience functions

Leadership and strategic planning skills

Understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management programs

Experience in a large financial institution is preferred
