Job descriptionMust be 18 years of age or older. Grocery stocking experience a plus, but not required. Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with others daily. Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop qualified Frozen Foods Department Associates.
- Manage associates to maximize sales and profitability.
- Assist with labor control and performance reviews.
- Implement merchandising plans per company standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and proper product receiving.
- Ensure accurate pricing and a clean department.
- Enforce safety policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain all departmental paperwork and accurate records.
- Provide efficient, courteous customer service and use intercom to maximize sales.
- Enforce the HACCP program and COOL standards.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed.
