BFW Group LLC provides Construction Project Management, Owners Representation, Staff Augmentation, Cost Estimating, Quality Control (QA / QC), Compliance and Real Estate Development Consulting Services to Developers, Non-Profits, Govt, Schools, Institutions, and General Contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region. BFW is seeking a Regional Project Manager to grow our business in Western and Central PA, manage our staff, and to service Clients in the region. BFW is a CM Agency.

Duties Include :

• Develop and grow relationships with Clients in central and western PA
• Provide project and program management services to Clients
• Supervise 3-4 BFW Project Managers in the region (Staff is embedded at job site so weekly check-in)
• Review drawings and perform take-offs and cost estimates utilizing programs like PlanSwift / BlueBeam
• Review project schedules and anticipate delays and cost of those delays
• Assist with reviewing and negotiating A.I.A. contracts
• Work with team to develop schedules
• Manage Voucher, payment schedule, change order, RFI, and Submittal processes
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure that quality control standards and design intent are met
• Conduct field inspections at job sites and ensure that design intent and Owners requirements are being met
• Perform daily or weekly site inspection reports as required by Client
• Ensure that all project records are logged and kept securely on the BFW Shared Drive
• Develop Punch List with design team and manage to achieve substantial completion
• Manage building handoff and any warranty items for up to one year at Client's request.
