Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A

Purpose of Role
The Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A will serve as an integral member of the Finance team and play an active role in ensuring that the Foundation meets its short- and long-term financial objectives. This position will be responsible for analyzing Foundation financial data, identifying variances and trends, clearly communicating the data to a diverse array of stakeholders, and making recommendations to ensure alignment with the Foundation's mission and goals. The Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and work closely with the OPC, Development, and Strategy teams, as well as other stakeholders across the organization.

The salary range for this role is between $59,755 and $74,670. This is a hybrid role based at our Chicago office in Hyde Park.
