Job description$235,000 - $275,000 / year guaranteed year one then Salary + RVU model year 2 and on 100 % medical coverage…Health, Dental, Vision, Disability with 401(k) and life insurance $20k relocation $150,000 Sign-on, Over $300,000 / yr $150,000 sign-on bonus over 3 years…$50k on start, $50k end year 2, $50k end year 3 5 weeks of PTO / Sick / Holiday / CME $2.5k CME expenses / year J1 & H1B sponsorship Team of 4 other Family Medicine physicians Mon-Fri, 8-5 position. Call schedule is 1 : 3, but RNs take first call. Average # of calls per physician is 1 call every 3 months but all done over phone. No hospital call, no nights, no weekends! Excellent work + life balance 18-24 Patients per day Full Lab and X-Ray services on site Board Certified or Board Eligible MD / DO
