Strategic Material Planner

Position Title : Strategic Material Planner Location : Neenah, WI Duration : 6-month contract Employment Type : Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. Who we are looking for / Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, Business, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze alternatives and make effective decisions Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships Tech-savvy with interest in data analytics; SAP or ERP experience a plus Willingness to challenge the status quo and bring new perspectives to problem solving Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of and experience with SAP Working knowledge of supply chain processes and interactions Proficiency with Microsoft applications Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing : Execute material requirement plans to ensure supplies and WIP availability that supports production schedules Maintain accurate planning information for finishing supplies in SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response Manage finishing supply changes to support business plans and minimize obsolescence Coordinate supply timelines with Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Packaging teams Work with vendors to coordinate schedules and establish priorities to prevent supply constraints or service issues Lead or participate in special projects related to logistics and supply chain efficiency Perks of working with us / What we offer : Eligibility for Health, dental and vision insurance Participation in Company 401K plan Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc., is an equal opportunity employer and staffing firm.
