Inventory Analyst I (First Shift)
Responsible for monitoring, investigating, resolving and doing root cause analysis related to inventory discrepancies. Responsible for reporting inventory irregularities.
Trouble shooting, investigation, and root cause analysis of inventory out of balance situations and other inventory related errors. Daily review, investigation, and reporting of required inventory adjustments and related corrections. Perform various inventory adjustments in multiple systems (ERP Lx, People Soft) with a high level of accuracy. Perform systematic inventory audits in compliance with established procedures and any other assigned duties.
Education : HS diploma / GED required.
Certified Forklift Driver with working operational knowledge of warehouse equipment. Example : Pallet Jacks, Palletizer, Sit-down forklift, and Hi-Racker (Turret) experience preferred.
Experience : 2 years' experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment required. Working in a Manufacturing or Distribution Center environment preferred.
Preferred Skills : Forklift Certification preferred. Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred (ERP Lx, People Soft). Strong reading and math comprehension, excellent communication skills (written & verbal), good attention to detail, demonstrated problem-solving ability, works well in team environment. Computer skills to include MS Outlook & Excel, ability to navigate web-based computer applications.
