This RN role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, telemedicine environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing remote nursing interventions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. What You Bring : Valid RN license in the state of practice with no restrictions. Experience in telehealth or remote nursing preferred, but not mandatory; we value strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Preferred Education & Experience : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Prior experience in acute care, telehealth, or outpatient settings is highly preferred.
