• Description : Well-respected and established Neonatology practice in Wichita KS is recruiting for a Neonatologist who is interested in an evolving QI team-based management opportunity. A Diamond in the rugh Neonatology opportunity!Job Description : Full-time BC / BE Neonatologist position available8-physician practice at Wesley Medical CenterCombination of 8 and 24-hour shifts on 7-week rotating schedule. 1.0 FTE does approximately 170 hours per month of in-house coverage. Neonatologists provide in-house call and backup call from home.Level-III 60-bed NICU6000 deliveries each year at the hospitalThe intensive and special care units average around 1000 admissions annually with an average daily census of 54All services except ECMO and heart surgerySupported by residents and nurse practitionersAffiliated with KU School of Medicine – Wichita offers extensive QI and research opportunitiesOpen to new Fellow graduate candidates if already BC in PediatricsNot accepting Locums candidatesOpen to J1 amp H1B visa candidatesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary range based on experience and training to be discussed at interview.
