Our client is seeking a compassionate Home Health LPN to join their extraordinary care team in Hawley / Lords Valley, PA and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, LPN license in the state of work, and two years of LPN experience. Responsibilities include collaborating to provide patient care plans, supporting patients in the local area, and demonstrating proficiency with technology tools.
