No previous experience? No problem!

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business through outbound cold calls and incoming lead calls provided by the agency, with opportunities to create referral partners through networking and cold calling.

Educate clients on insurance options, including auto, home, life, umbreall and specialty policies.

Provide personalized insurance solutions to fit clients' coverage needs and budgets.

Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

Sales representatives must have or be willing to obtain their property and casualty license prior to hire. Any sales representative will also be required to obtain their life and health insurance license within six months of hire.
