Clinical Care Coordinator

We collaborate with healthcare teams to identify resource utilization and ensure reimbursement. We use criteria to confirm medical necessity for admission and continued stay. In conjunction with patients, families, and healthcare teams, we create a discharge plan appropriate to patients' needs and resources.

Required skills and qualifications include :

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License
