Director of Procurement

A company is looking for a Director of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals

Lead sourcing and contracting, including vendor identification and negotiation

Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

~10+ years of progressive procurement / supply chain experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven track record of building and executing procurement strategy and managing complex sourcing efforts

Experience managing global / multi-regional suppliers and complex indirect / spend categories

Certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are preferred
