Credence has an upcoming need for a Senior Ab Initio Engineer / Programmer to support large-scale digital modernization efforts for mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) systems with massive national impact. This role will serve as a Lead / SME, applying expert-level knowledge of sustainment life-cycle management to design, build, and optimize Ab Initio ETL solutions. The developer will lead the architecture, development, and sustainment of data integration pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with DoD standards. Responsibilities include providing technical direction to teams, analyzing requirements, designing robust solutions, and supporting long-term sustainment strategies This position is based in Credence’s corporate offices located in Tyson’s Corner in McLean, VA or Dayton OH. This role is slated to kick off in Sept 2025.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Serve as a SME / Lead, guiding sustainment life-cycle management activities across Ab Initio ETL solutions and related applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows using Ab Initio GDE, Conduct>

IT, supporting mission-critical data movement and transformation.
