General Overview : This position involves instructing, directing, and checking the work of Business Analysts. Duties include the delegation of assignments, guidance and training, coaching / mentoring, identifying, monitoring and documenting employee performance, conducting the interview / hiring process, and facilitating the attainment of department goals. The position also formulates and defines systems scope and objectives, provides project oversight, direction and instruction to a team regarding solutions to meet business needs, and anticipates impact and proposes solutions.
Essential Responsibilities :
Qualifications : Minimum of a high school diploma / GED, six to eight years of relevant business experience, and five years of project management experience. Preferred : Bachelors degree.

Pay Range Minimum : $67,500.00 Pay Range Maximum : $126,000.00
