Patent Litigation Associate

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Junior to Mid level Associate to join their nationally recognized Patent Litigation Group. You will support clients ranging from innovative startups to established leaders in technology and life sciences.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• 1 - 5 years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience representing clients in complex patent disputes in federal courts across the United States and in parallel post-grant proceedings before the Patent Office.
• Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies, and work closely with clients to address their business needs.
• Willing to gain hands-on experience in all stages of patent litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, including discovery, motions practice, and expert witness preparation.
