The Program Engineer is a technical expert responsible for converting design intent, specifications, and estimates into fully manufacturable technical packages. This role ensures conceptual and Sales-driven designs can be executed efficiently and consistently across Pattison ID’s production facilities.

• Translate conceptual design with intent into manufacturing-ready documentation.
• Ensure designs meet material, cost, and production constraints.
