Tax Technology Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Tax Technology Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $175,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a tax technology strategy/roadmap to automate, streamline, and standardize tax compliance and reporting
• Manage tax technology projects, applying generally accepted project management techniques and tools
• Ensure the design and implementation of a sound internal control environment for all tax technology applications and integrations
• Develop system/process documentation and deliver end-user training, document policies and procedures for the efficient and effective use of tax technology
• Trains tax team members for various tax software and data and process enhancement tools

Requirements

• Preferred experience with tax software (OneSource, CCH Access Tax)
• Experience with data and process enhancement tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 6 years required; 8 years preferred
