As the Manager / Sr. Manager / Director of Solution Engineering, MuleSoft Life Sciences Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, you will lead a team of Solution Engineers and to help build a high-growth and fast-paced business. You will develop and allocate resources, perform employee reviews and evaluations, participate in strategic deals and go-to-market initiatives, and support team members as needed to grow the business. The MuleSoft Sales team will rely on you to collaborate with them to yield strategic customer outcomes through both your own experiences and, more importantly, through the efforts of your highly talented team. You will have a passion for driving innovation, along with a desire to create an inclusive and winning culture that is aligned to Salesforce's core values : Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability. Responsibilities :

• Hire, develop, and coach talent at all levels in the team
• Partner with Sales to create a GTM strategy and execution plan
• Drive effective operational cadences and reporting for the team
• Participate in strategic deals and support team members as needed to grow the business
• Drive strategic initiatives and programs across Solution Engineering to actively support innovation
• Partner with Solution Engineering leadership to drive scale and a top performing pre-sales team
