Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Cardiology Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team at Southern NH Health. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive Outpatient care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient Cardiology clinic.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Outpatient comprehensive Cardiac assessments as part of office and hospital follow up visits.
- As part of the cardiac care team provide care according to the treatment plans developed by the Physician.
- Manage desktop for refills and triage questions by the nursing team.
- 36 patient contact / 4 administrative hours per week, no nights or weekends
- Collaborate with physicians,nurses,and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient encounters and progress notes accurately and thoroughly.
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in cardiac care through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in nursing2+ years in cardiac care preferredStrong clinical skills,including assessment,diagnosis,and treatment planning.Excellent communication,collaboration,and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Information :
