Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Business Services Specialist to work in our Administration Office in Rexburg, ID. The expected pay is $24.54 per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Participates in growing business services and deposits by calling on existing members and prospects. Works with the commercial lending team in reaching growth goals
• Assists business members with opening new accounts, explaining and presenting business services, and answering customer services related questions.
• Works closely with the operations team for back-end processing of business services such as business wires, ACH's, and loan participation payments.
• Trains New Account Reps on properly opening and servicing business accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
